ACH CHANGE NOTICE
In order to better protect your accounts and improve the efficiency of our operations, we will no longer manually post incomplete ACH (Automated Clearing House) electronic transactions after June 1st, 2009. Although we have done this in the past as a courtesy, this change is to help prevent fraud, unauthorized transactions, and potential errors for electronic transactions that have inaccurate or missing account information. We will be contacting members who have unposted ACH transactions during the month of May and advising them how to correct the problem. If you are not sure if this pertains to you, please contact us and we can review your account. Thank you!
