What Can I Do Using Audio Response?

There are many things you can do with regard to your MCNJTFCU account(s) - it’s quick and it’s easy! For example, you can check your current balance(s), verify deposits and checks paid, make transfers between your sub accounts, make loan payments, change your telephone PIN number, and much more.

 

What Kind of Transaction Information Can I Get?

You can get information about the last 5 transactions, last 5 withdrawals, last 5 deposits, next 5 transactions, loan and payment status, whether a specific check was paid, plus more. (Note: Electronic debits generated from providing your check code line information over the phone may not post with correct check number information).

 

How far Back does the transaction history go?

You can get transaction information for the previous 90 days from the current date.

 

How do I log into the Audio Response System?

You need to know your credit union account number and PIN number. Do not use the account number suffix when logging in (ie, -RG, -10).

 

What is my PIN number?

The initial PIN number is automatically set to the last 4 digits of the SSN of the primary account holder. The first time you log in, the system will prompt you to change your PIN.

 

How many digits do I use for my PIN number?

Between 4 and 8 digits.

 

What happens if I forget my PIN, or I lock myself out?

Access to your account via the audio response system will be locked after 3 invalid PIN attempts. Call the credit union at 609-586-6669 and we can reset your PIN.

 

When I make a transfer using Audio Response, when does it take effect?

Immediately – there is no delay in posting transfers and loan payments made using audio response.

 

When is the audio response system available?

24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

 

Is there any charge or fee for using audio response?

No, it is a free service provided to members of the credit union.

 

What can’t I do using audio response?

You cannot request check withdrawals from your account, you cannot do account maintenance (ie, adding a joint member, change of address), you cannot do transfers from your credit union account to another credit union or bank, and you cannot transfer between different account numbers at this credit union.
